There are still places in Ireland and Europe where the weather is pleasant and the temperature is still in the mid-twenties, despite the fact that summer is over. In the fall of last year, we had yet another opportunity to travel around Portugal and take in the breathtaking coastal views.
The fact that Portugal has a special place in our hearts is well-known. Everything about this place is one of a kind, from the breathtaking scenery to the delectable cuisine. We learned to let go of our hopes and expectations during our trip to Portugal because, in the end, the best things in life are the ones that are unexpected.
We vowed to return to Ericeira Village after a memorable stay there a few years ago. And we did, too. After the first time, we couldn’t resist returning.
